Hello

I will be starting my newest "fast" tomorrow. My long-term relationship came to an end recently, at the beginning of October. Of course, upon this breakup... amidst this devastation - and against my better judgment - I turned to food and I gained a shitload of weight in the last few weeks.

Being that I am a chronic "fast"-er, my metabolism came to an absolute halt, long ago. Therefore when I do eat 'normally' for periods of time, my body will hold on to all food for dear life and I have to resort to ungodly amounts of cardio to even try to break any of it down. It is simply impossible for me, at this point, to eat *and* lose weight... so, now we fast.

Today I made up 3 liters of lemonade (the lemons, maple syrup and cayenne recipe) to last me the next few days, in addition to lots water, of course. Usually I'll start off veg/juice fasting but I have some serious weight to drop this time around.
