Not living alone makes this so hard. There is some hummus in the kitchen that is so freaking hard to resist. But I have and will continue to. That's what this blog is for, after all; to vent and read over to avoid making any stupid decisions or bullshit rationalizations and telling myself it's ok to eat. It is *not* ok and I won't give in. I bought an Odwalla Ruby Red Superfoods (which are AMAZING) and am psyching myself up to have that tomorrow as a "cheat".
I know that I like to 'cheat', so rather than doing so by food I'll allow myself a juice smoothie every few days or a soy white mocha from starbucks. It feels so naughty, but in the end, it is just liquid. I love that I'm getting back into it so deeply, to where having a 200 calorie liquid treat feels so sneaky and bad.
I am so happy to be back.
