Day 18
I tried doing some exercising and it was going so well that I did more than I anticipated. I feel a bit shaky now but honestly pretty good overall, a bit invigorated even, so I'd like to add this into my normal routine. I did about 20 mins of pilates, 7 minutes of various crunches and then about 5-7 minutes of arm sculpting. Hopefully this will help speed up my process. One month to go.
