Feeling like I want to eat, but haven't. I really need to do this, I can't take the feeling of being sluggishly overweight anymore. I am starting to feel a bit jittery, so that is good. I did a little bit of pilates tonight but I need to increase as the days go on. Also really need to keep on top of arm workouts and lotioning up to try to tighten my skin a bit.
