My plan for my new fast, which began as of today, is:
daily exercise:
- arm sculpting
- crunches
- pilates
intake (the same thing that got me through the last fast):
- 3+ liters of water
- 8-12 oz. of juice
- 1 multi vitamin
- 1 fish oil

perfecting emptiness
I can't wait for the new year too!!!! I need 2010 to come so I can complete all of my goals!
