Day 22

I have been much more positive since yesterday and also, an extremely sweet comment has helped to reignite my spirit as well!

In the morning I did some pilates arm sculpting (thanks Youtube... I never have to buy a workout dvd again), then had about a mile walk after that (in lieu of driving) to get some stuff for the house. My knees and sides are a bit achy but overall I feel surprisingly OK.

You know, in all my times of fasting before this one, I have always been absolutely petrified to go beyond 14 days, for fear that I'd just sort of collapse and die... now I am kicking myself so hard, thinking I could have been even thinner, much long ago. This one has helped me to realize that it's possible to persist for much longer, I just have to pay close attention to my body's signals. When I feel weak or I'm seeing spots, I drink some soy milk. When I take vitamins, I drink 8oz of juice. etc.

I have started to follow a bunch of other similar blogs to mine... I hope we can all keep each other motivated. <3
