So, at this point my intake has evolved into : 3+ liters of water throughout the day, about 12oz. of soy milk (in 2 separate 6oz. servings) and then about 15 oz. of juice puree (also split into 2-3 servings). I take the vitamin with something filling like the soy or juice, and for exercising, I usually do that right before bed... because let's face it, my only chance at sleeping at this point is to completely wear myself out right before.
Also I just have to say a big THANK YOU to the amazing Africana and my other new followers. I was feeling really sort of defeated over the last week and I literally can't thank you enough for giving me new motivation and strength.
We can ALL accomplish our goals. Trust me, I never thought I'd make it past a 2 week fast. But it is possible... and we are strong enough. Much love to you all!! xo

I did an 7 day fast/detox when I was in Thailand and surprisingly it wasn't so bad but I can't believe you're on to 3 wks congrats on the willpower. Very inspiring!
ReplyDeleteI advocate mixing some low-carb protein powder in with your soymilk. I think it makes a huge difference. I used to make a protein "shake" (protein powder and unsweetened almond milk) to get me through my liquid days. It helped.
