Day 24 (wow!)

I am feeling much better today. My energy is back, I feel I've got a second wind. I am still in a bit of discomfort today but I am so extra motivated and inspired thanks to my new friends and followers. Sending love to you all. :)

This morning I had a liter of water, then about an hour ago, I took a multi vitamin and had some warm soy milk with it. The warm liquid works wonders, the vitamin barely upsets my stomach at all that way. I found myself with the motivation to work out a bit this morning, so I did about 10 minutes of various crunches, then this arm sculpting routine I've been following for a while now (which really works awesomely if you want to try it! I use 5lb weights for it).

    And you are doing great btw. Just pay attention to your body and do whatever you have to do to keep those vitamins down.
