Day 25

When I was at the grocery store buying water and soy milk today, I wandered down the snack isle on my way to the cashier. All of a sudden, I stopped in my tracks and turned 90 degrees, staring desperately at a bag of chips. Chips? Seriously? After 25 days of not eating, I am damn sure not going to fail for some chips.

Especially because I realized today that on Thanksgiving, I'll probably have to eat a small bit of salad as well as something else (probably a vegetable side dish of some sort) before complaining of the sudden stomach discomfort I woke up with that morning and ingesting some laxatives ASAP.

Anyways, back to today. My thoughts are disjointed as hell lately but I don't really mind, to be honest; I am less irritable now because I'm always sort of in a daze. I haven't been getting as much work done as I used to (or need to.. hello, shopping money for NYC!) but I am putting most of my energy and focus into my fast so I am sort of taking it in stride or whatever.

I did that arm workout I posted today, some crunches and I am about to do 30 min of pilates once I post this, before I shower and then get into my habitual nightly sofa-coma.

  4. Thank you so much girls... your encouragement and kind words are really keeping me going. <3

    I will post stats when I'm closer to my goal. Believe it or not, after a month of fasting, I'm barely halfway. I had/have a ton of weight to lose this time. I think that's why I'm so determined this time; so mad I let myself go.

    Miss A - I am keeping up with my vitamins, yes... taking them with something warm or hot really is seeming to do the trick. You are so inspiring for me too, I'm so glad to have become connected with you! xoxoxo
